Partnered with The Green Project in New Orleans to develop data-driven strategies for expanding community partnerships and increasing environmental impact. Created innovative methodologies to transform wasted paint into valuable upcycled art pieces and construction materials, applying circular economy principles to reduce waste.

Applied Human-Centered Design framework with Illinois' Learning Technology Center to develop AI resources for K–12 schools statewide. Designed adaptive training modules and digital guidelines to bridge the digital divide and improve educational outcomes.

Program Impact
The Global Leaders Program has provided me with invaluable experience in applying design thinking and data-driven methodologies to create meaningful community impact. Through working with diverse organizations across two years, I've developed skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable solution design.
Both projects have reinforced my commitment to using my technical skills and leadership experience to address environmental challenges and create positive social change through innovative, community-centered approaches.
